From 16 March are operational the new provisions of the CAS regarding the methods of submitting an appeal request and the organization of hearings. The documents for the presentation of new cases will be acquired electronically via an upload platform. Until at least 1 May 2020 the hearings will be held exclusively by teleconference and any decisions will be made on the basis of written documentation.

The CAS also announces that the date of May 1 is indicative and that it could be extended on the basis of changes in the situation linked to Covid-19.
