The Seminar, organized in collaboration with the CONI Sports School, aims to investigate one of the most current issues in the world of sport, namely the interaction between the sports phenomenon and the media, and the related legal repercussions. From purely commercial aspects, such as television rights to sports events, we move on to multi-faceted areas such as corporate communication and marketing, without of course neglecting the central role of journalistic content and the ever-increasing relevance of social media, also from legal and institutional point of view. The legislation, the current scenarios and the new legal frontiers of communication in sport will be examined, also as a gateway for new professional figures in the sports work market. In this regard, it will be also analyzed the influence of regulation on privacy.
