The Sports Law and Policy Centre (www.sportslawandpolicycentre.com), the International Sport Lawyers Association (www.islasportlawyer.com) and the Italian Sports Lawyers Association (www.avvocatisport.it) are organising a two-day conference in order to provide an in-depth analysis of the latest development in the fascinating and complex field of sports law.
The Programme is in English. It is designed for qualified lawyers and for those who already work for NOCs, Sports Associations, Leagues and Clubs and are willing to learn about the latest case law and participate in discussions on the recent hot topics of international sports law.
In this regard, some of the leading arbitrators and international sports lawyers will examine the current legal provisions as adopted by FIFA as well as the latest case law delivered by the highest sports arbitration bodies, including the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne.
