Professor Massimo Coccia has been included in the list of Distinguished Arbitrators of “Arbitrator Intelligence”, a global information aggregator that collects and analyzes critical information on the decision-making process of international arbitrators.
Arbitrator Intelligence appoints the Distinguished Arbitrators also considering the opinions expressed by the person who is not satisfied with the result, but who nevertheless expresses appreciation for the arbitrator who took part in the dispute. These are the qualities that have allowed Professor Coccia to receive this important recognition.
The peculiarity of this tool is that information is collected through the "Arbitrator Intelligence Questionnaire" (AIQ), a confidential online survey, designed to facilitate the efficient and systematic collection of data on case management and the decision-making process of arbitrators.
Arbitrator Intelligence aggregates information gathered through AIQ to create reports, providing arbitration users with valuable information on arbitrator selection and case strategy. This information, much of which is not otherwise available to the public, allows arbitration users to make more informed decisions based on arbitrator selection data and case strategy.
