The attorneys Vecchio and Vigna will participate as speakers at the III edition of the "Orientation course for the preparation for the examination of sports agent" organized by CONI.

In particular, they will present their reports during Module II focusing on aspects relating to Sports Law and Principles of Sports Justice. Topics also include anti-doping legislation and the health protection of professional sportsmen.

The correctness of sporting events. The protection of fairness in carrying out sporting events: fraud in sporting competitions; the sports offense; the abusive exercise of gambling and betting; the DASPO (Law n. 401/1989). The Anti-Doping legislation and the health protection of professional sportsmen (Law n.376 / 2000; the World Anti-Doping Code WADA; the Anti-Doping Sports Regulations; the Ministerial Decree of 13 March 1995).
