Andrea De Angelis is an associate of the Firm since 1997. His practice focuses on providing administrative and fiscal support to domestic and foreign firms, planning and realization of extraordinary transactions such as mergers, divisions, transfers and liquidations of corporations, consulting and assisting clients in tax litigation. Mr. De Angelis is mother tongue Italian and speaks fluent English.
