The team decided to appeal against the penalties received in the German Grand Prix on 29 July
At Hockenheim the two C38s of Raikkonen and Giovinazzi were sanctioned with 30 seconds each, going from the seventh and the eighth place to the twelfth and the thirteenth, for non-regular start caused by too sudden detachment of the clutch.
